Steps to Cancel a Service

Login to Your Secure Customer Portal
- Open your web browser and navigate to our secure customer portal.
- Enter your login credentials to access your account.

Navigate to My Services
- Once logged in, go to the Services tab in the main menu.
- Select My Services from the dropdown menu.

Select the Service to Cancel
- In the My Services section, you will see a list of all your active services.
- Locate the service you wish to cancel and click on it to view its details.

Request Cancellation
- Within the service details, find the Billing section.
- Click on the Request Cancellation button.

Confirmation
- You will be prompted to confirm your cancellation request.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the request.
Processing the Cancellation
Once you have requested the cancellation of the service, our team will process it. The service will be canceled on the next due date. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
