How do I track my Earnings and Collect my Commission?
The Affiliated partners, in order to claim their commission fees, they have to:
1) If the partner is a legal entity, an invoice to MassiveGRID must be issued with the respective amounts
2) If the partner is an individual, the attached Proforma Invoice with the respective data and amounts has to be completed
3) Customer can request to withdraw the available balance from our Secure Customer Portal on the section Affiliate.
4) Our Billing department we will handle your request and ask you to provide the Proforma Invoice to complete the payment.
