1) In case your domain name is attached with one of our High-Availability cPanel Hosting services, then you can leave the default nameservers your domain has after its purchase. These nameservers are:
ns1.massivegrid.net
ns2.massivegrid.net
ns3.massivegrid.net
ns4.massivegrid.net

By using the above nameservers, you can manage your DNS Zone via your cPanel account.

2) In case your domain name is attached with one of our High-Availability cPanel Reseller WHM Hosting services, you have two options for nameservers:

  a) Leave the default nameservers your domain has after its purchase. By using this option, your clients are aware that you are a MassiveGRID reseller. These nameservers are:
ns1.massivegrid.net
ns2.massivegrid.net
ns3.massivegrid.net
ns4.massivegrid.net

By using the above nameservers, you can manage your DNS Zone either via the cPanel account you will create for this domain, or via your WHM.

  b) Use the below nameservers, in case you don't want your clients to be aware that you are a MassiveGRID reseller. These nameservers are:
dns1.clusteredweb.com
dns2.clusteredweb.com
dns3.clusteredweb.com
dns4.clusteredweb.com

By using the above nameservers, you can manage your DNS Zone either via the cPanel account you will create for this domain, or via your WHM.

Please note that in case you need to use this option, you need to change the default nameservers to those provide above in this step.

3) In case your domain name is attached with any other MassiveGRID service, we suggest to manage your DNS Zones via your Secure Customer Portal. In this case, the nameservers you need to use are the following:
ns1.massivegrid.info
ns2.massivegrid.info
